Helping Through Hypnosis

You take yourself into hypnosis at your own pace; at all times aware of the sounds and sensations around you. Using carefully created affirmations, I help you to address your subconscious self. I will also teach you to use self-hypnosis so you will reinforce the suggestions we develop together. In time, those suggestions become habits. What the mind believes, the body accepts. Your thoughts become your reality.
